Price:
All prices for holiday apartments are in EURO per apartment per night including all Sonnberg extras e.g. sauna, steam room, solarium, child and baby care, bike hire, helmets, full baby equipment, buggy, baby backpack carriers, Salzburger LandCard at given times, bedlinen, towels, end of stay cleaning, electricity, heating and federal taxes. Arrival and departure:
Apartments are available from 3 p.m. earlier check-in is possible if apartments are ready. In the event of arrival after 9 p.m. we please ask you to notify us. Apartments are to be vacated on departure day by 10 a.m.
Method of payment:
Cash, payment by EC-card, Visa and Mastercard. Please understand we have to make charges of 0.75% on payments by credit card. Swiss Francs will be exchanged at the corresponding daily rate.
Child care:
Winter: Sunday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Summer: Monday to Friday main hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - according to season up to 6 carers.
Babysitting service out of child care hours available at an extra charge.
Baby care: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the baby group, otherwise on arrangement with carers.
Smoke-free:
Out of respect for children and subsequent guests all Sonnberg holiday apartments are non-smoking apartments.
Dogs:
Are unfortunately not allowed.
Terms of contract:
The accommodation contract is concluded exclusively in accordance with the terms of the austrian hotel contract conditions (AGBH 2006) and special conditions.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your booking at any time before arrival.
Receipt of intention of cancellation is important. Without written cancellation, no claim may be made for reimbursement of the deposit paid. The following charges will be incurred:
- up to 45 days before arrival 10% of accommodation fee will be charged
- up to 30 days before arrival 25% of accommodation fee will be charged
- up to 15 days before arrival 50% of accommodation fee will be charged
- until 15 days before arrival 80% of accommodation fee will be charged
- in the event of no-show or early departure 90% of accommodation fee will be charged.
And should something happen before you arrive.....then our special service
Sonnberg Cancellation Protection will ensure that expensive cancellation charges do not ensue. To spare you any financial disadvantage, the cancellation protection is part of your booking.
In the event of cancellation your pre-payment will be held and credited towards your next Sonnberg stay, thus avoiding any excess. Return bank transfer minus the following cancellation charges.

Extract from the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006):
General:The general Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions state the contractual contents according to which Austrian accommodation providers generally conclude accommodation contracts with their guests.The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions do not exclude special agreements.
Conclusion of Contract, Advance Payment: (1) The accommodation contract is generally formed through the acceptance of the guest’s written or verbal order by the accommodation provider. (2) It can be agreed that the guest provides an advance payment. (3) The accommodation provider can also request the advance payment of the entire agreed payment amount.
Start and end of the accommodation: (3) If the guest has paid an advance payment the room(s) remain(s) reserved until 12.00 hours the following day at the latest. Rescission of the contract for accommodation by the landlord:
(1) If the contract for accommodation provides for an advance payment and in case such advance payment was not effected in due time by the contractual party, the landlord can rescind the contract for accommodation without any grace period. (2) Should the guest not arrive until 6.00 p. m. on the agreed arrival date, the landlord shall not have any obligation to provide accommodation unless a later arrival time was agreed upon. (3) However, if the other contractual party made an advance payment, the room reservation shall be kept in effect until 12.00 a. m. of the day following the agreed arrival date. In case of an advance payment of more than 4 days, the obligation to provide accommodation shall end at 6.00 p. m. on the fourth day, the arrival date being the first day, unless the guest informs the landlord of a later arrival date. Rescission of the contract for accomodation by the guest / contractual party:
(1) Up until 3 moths prior to the agreed arrival date, the cotract for accomodation can be rescinded without any cancallation fee by unilateral declaration of the contractual party. (2) Outside the time period fixed in (1) above, the contract for accommodation can only be rescinded by unilateral decleration by payment of a cancellation fee as follows: - up to 1 month prior to the arrival date, 40 % of the total price and within the last week prior to the arrival date, 40 % of the total price, - up to 1 week prior to the arrival date, 70 % of the total price and within the last week prior to the arrival date 90 % of the totalprice.
